1. Orders and first payment are to be sent in by 12pm on 15th of each month.
2.No refund will be made for cancellation of orders once payments are made.

2. Include your personal details:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Item
- Quantity
- Colour (where applicable)
- Size (where applicable)
3. You will receive an email with payment details within 24 hours.
4. Once you have made your first payment, please attach your bank in slip/screencap in your reply mail.
5. You will receive a confirmation email on your orders within 24 hours.
6. Expect your items to arrive within 2 weeks after closing date provided there are no delays.

7. Let us know once you received the item.
